Flooding and Post-Floods in Shkodra Region.
 In the meeting hold on January 18, 2010, the administration of the Regional Council of Shkoder, took into consideration the work done in support of the structures established during the emergency flood that happened in the early January in Shkodra Region. The administration of this institution headed by the President of the Regional Council of Shkoder gave its contribution in support of operations conducted during emergency days to its improvement.

On Monday 23 November 2009, came for a visit in Shkoder Region the President of Molise Region (Italy) Mr. Michele IORIO, conducting a delegation composed of high representatives of Molise Region and also development and designing projects agencies. This visit was conducted in the framework of the mutual interest to strengthen the existing friendly relations and their willingness to cooperate in areas of common interest in activities with social, cultural, trade, tourism, health and information exchange. 
After the rains of recent days the situation of road axes maintained by the enterprise rural roads are normalized. This was achieved after grouping of all workers in points and blocked the assets, mainly in the axis no. MES-Kir-Shosh-Breglumi-Theth, where at km 57, LOTAJ was temporary blocked.
