VIS Association is a non-governmental association, present in Albania since 1995, in projects for development and humanitarian cooperation, conducted in collaboration with Don Bosco center of Tirana and Shkodra.

 It has been signed the protocol of cooperation SHKODER-Molise
 On Monday 23 November 2009, came for a visit in Shkoder Region the President of Molise Region (Italy) Mr. Michele IORIO, conducting a delegation composed of high representatives of Molise Region and also development and designing projects agencies. On Monday at the office of President of the Regional Council Shkoder was held a working meeting with the representatives of the Dutch embassy Mr. Ardi Stoios Braken and Intercooperation, Sef Slootweg. The meeting was about the recent developments in Shkodra region and about the prospects in terms of regional decentralization.
