Meeting of the rural development forum
 On 16 December 2008 at the Regional Council of Shkoder took place the meeting of the rural development forum, aiming to define the main problems met by the farmers in Shkodra district.
The meeting was organized by the foundation A.F.D.T. in cooperation with the Agricultural Department.
In this meeting participated: the president of Regional Council Mr. Gjovalin Kolombi and the Secretary of Regional Council Mr. Rudolf Rasha.
