At the office of the President of Regional Council took place a meeting between the President of Regional Council Mr. Gjovalin Kolombi and the Shkodra’s Archbishop, Mons. Angelo Massafra.  Seminar on international cooperation
On Monday from 9 to 11 February at “Grand Hotel Europa”, took place the international seminar about the high representatives of public, local and regional administration. There were participants of the Regional Council Shkoder, Shkodra Municipality, Lezha Municipality. The development agency of Vlora, Molise Region, the development agency of Molise (Italy), Kotor Commune (Montenegro), Mostar and Brcko districts (Bosnia and Hercegovina), Vojvodina and the development agency of Kragujevac (Serbia) and the regions of Istria, Split and Dubrovnik (Croatia) and also representatives of UNOPS.
