The Regional Council of Shkoder Region in the view of harmonizing policies central to local government in cooperation with IC / DLDP, has organized a series of training with experts of the Public Procurement Agency to increase administrative capacities, so that specialists in procurement procedures of Shkodra Region local units to get acquainted with innovations in procurement systems and procurement procedures under IPA rules.
