The vision of Regional Council Shkoder for tourism
The Regional Council Shkoder, has always been and is still involved in
the process of defining the policies of tourism programming and
development, environmental and destination management adopted according
to local and regional requirements. The role and the engagement of
Regional Council to present the requirements and the meaning of tourism
in the local economy is progressively increasing and is also playing an
important role in tourism management, however the private sector is the
most important actor in developing the structures and the commercial
services of tourism.
