Meeting with a delegation for partnership
On Wednesday in his office, the Presdient of the Regional Council, Mr. Maxhid Cungu, hosted a delegation of foreign experts, specialists in the development of joint projects with the partnership of public and private, PPP. The above is a work already started with the idea of Pro Dr.Kujtim Onuzi, Institute of Geosciences, Energy, Water and Environment in Tirana attended the meeting. The delegation was composed by a terrain  expert, to get to know closely the initial data for such an initiative.

The delegation consisted of Mr.. Zoran Jelic, a native Croatian and German citizen, who is the compiler, and the chief coordinator of such projects, based in Brussels, Mr. Franz Huber, implementing such projects in several countries and leading-Cartographie Huber in Munich, established before 40 years and having done all publications for Albania in terms of mountain tourism, geology and metalo-genic, especially in mountainous areas of northern, Mr. Darko Vlahovic coordinator of a project such as PPP, for Montenegro. In desktop specifically discussed, the idea to undertake a PPP project, joint funded by EU programs and institutions that represent them members of the delegation, with the establishment of a GIS Geo information / data which provides electronically All data and information necessary for development in a territorial district and provides the possibility of making rapid and sound. This is part of the national strategy for electronic governance, but also a direct impact on cooperation between private and public institutions. After giving thanks for the presentation and engagement of the delegation, Mr. Cungu - Interlocutor party ensure that the institution will soon prepare an initial database that will serve in writing a joint project with international, local or national experts, where involved in financing the private German-European partners. Shkodra region administration will be the main beneficiaries of realizing such a project. The meeting was attended by Chief of the Foreign Relations Mr. Andrea Jakova, and Mrs.. Dorela Mema, specialist of the development department at the of administration in Shkodra Regional Council.
