INTERNATIONAL SEMINAR, BRUSSELS
"Determination and competencies for public skilled managers in the Adriatic Euroregion" As a necessity in continuing to create Initiative Strategy Adriatic, at the Molise Region office in Brussels on 24, 25 and February 26, 2010, was organized and conducted a seminar training, entitled: "Defining competencies and skills to managers of the Adriatic Euroregion. 
In order to play a key role in identifying the common Strategy for the Adriatic area, Molise region in this workshop provide a platform to facilitate the exchange of good practices and experiences between member states of the European Union and the Adriatic area, including  in a sjort term future Kosovo, Serbia and Macedonia.
The purpose of this training seminar was to provide an opportunity for dialogue between representatives of public administration of any territory included in the Adriatic Euroregion, presented by the relators and the professors, their experiences of the Regional School of Public Administration to operate in Europe and Balkans.
The training offered opportunities to compare through debate, the need to identify and establish a joint program to train public managers of the Adriatic Euroregion, with the main goal of improving territorial governance, towards a common cultural integration of scientific, social ekomomik, supporting on any real opportunity to make them more effective and viable for the entire area of the Adriatic Euroregion, etc..
In this international meeting the attention was focused in two important topics:
1. Proposals to increase cooperation and coordination of activities of the Adriatic Euroregion with regions (counties administration) who are currently named as its member.
2. Skills and capabilities for joint issues affairs of civil servants in the Adriatic Euroregion.
Aiming in raising awareness on the importance of boosting cooperation between public administrations of the Adriatic, by identifying a scientific program for civil servants, as well as absorption of other important partners of the regional administrations or (Development Agency, etc..)
Define better and clear a concrete effectiveness in future training programs through the schools or courses for public administration where civil servants can get full information on the different European policies and how they can apply in the area of Euroregion Adriatic, which would allow the determination of joint actions for the future.
The seminar was attended by the Regional Council of Shkodra representatives, Mr. Jakov and Mrs. Andrea. Etleva PAPLEKAJ.
